By accessing and using CodeBrewLabs services (“the Service”), including the website at codebrewlabs.io and the AI Receptionist demo, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

CodeBrewLabs provides software engineering and AI automation services for small businesses, including an AI Receptionist product that answers phone calls, collects lead information, and delivers notifications. The AI Receptionist demo allows prospective customers to experience the service via an outbound demonstration call.

3. AI Receptionist Demo

By using the AI Receptionist demo, you acknowledge and agree that:

You will receive an automated phone call to the number you provide
The call will be recorded and transcribed for quality and demonstration purposes
Information you provide during the call may be stored and used to follow up with you
You consent to receiving the demo call and follow-up communications from CodeBrewLabs
Message and data rates may apply
Consent is not a condition of purchase

4. User Responsibilities

When using the Service, you agree not to:

Provide false or misleading information
Use the demo to harass, abuse, or send unwanted calls to others
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
Interfere with the operation of the Service
Use automated systems to access the Service without permission
Violate any applicable laws or regulations

5. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its original content, features, and functionality, is owned by CodeBrewLabs and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on our Service without prior written consent.

6. Payment and Billing

For paid AI Receptionist services:

You agree to pay all fees associated with your selected plan
Recurring charges are billed in advance
Fees are non-refundable except as required by law
We will provide at least thirty days notice of pricing changes
Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of service

7. Service Availability

The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability and are not liable for damages resulting from service interruptions.

You may stop using the Service at any time. For paid services, you may cancel by contacting us at hello@codebrewlabs.io.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service for violations of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or at our discretion with reasonable notice.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

10. Limitation of Liability

CodeBrewLabs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, or other intangible losses.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless CodeBrewLabs and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the “Last updated” date. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
