1. Introduction

CodeBrewLabs LLC (“we,” “our,” or “us”) builds custom software for small businesses. This policy explains what we collect when you visit codebrewlabs.io or get in touch, what happens to files you send us, and how to ask us to delete any of it.

2. Information We Collect

2.1 Information You Give Us

When you text, call, email, or book a call with us, we keep what you send:

Your name and business name
Phone number and email address
What you tell us about your business and the work you want done
Anything scheduling requires, if you book through Calendly (which operates under its own privacy policy)

2.2 Files You Send Us

Sometimes the quickest way to show what could run on its own is to look at the real thing: a spreadsheet, a form, a quote or an invoice. If you send one:

We store it in our own private cloud storage, not in a third-party AI service, and not anywhere public. We keep no copy after the sample is done.
We use it only to prepare a sample for you and to estimate the work. We do not use it to train anything, and we do not share it with anyone outside CodeBrewLabs.
We delete it once we have prepared your sample. If you ask us to delete it sooner, we do it the same day.
To have a file deleted immediately, email hello@codebrewlabs.io and we will confirm when it is gone.

Please do not send us anything you would not want sitting in an inbox: no card numbers, no bank details, no employee records. A blank form or a sample with made-up names is all we need.

2.3 The Phone Demo

If you use the phone demo, we send the number you enter to our voice provider, Vapi, to place the one call you asked for. Vapi transcribes the call so the demo can show you what it took down. We don’t add your number to a mailing or calling list, and we don’t call or text it again unless you ask us to.

2.4 Information Collected Automatically

When you visit the site, our analytics tools collect:

IP address, browser, and device type
Pages visited, referring URLs, and UTM parameters
Cookies and similar identifiers, including Meta Pixel cookies such as _fbc and _fbp
Session recordings and heatmaps of how the site itself is used, via Microsoft Clarity. These record activity on our own pages only, such as clicks, scrolling, and mouse movement. They do not record your camera, microphone, or anything outside this website.

3. How We Use Your Information

To answer you, and to prepare the sample or estimate you asked for
To do the work, if we end up working together
To understand which pages are useful and which are confusing
To measure advertising, so we know whether to keep paying for it
To meet legal obligations

Apart from the one demo call you ask for, we do not make automated phone calls to you. We do not add you to a mailing list because you visited, and we do not sell or rent your information to anyone.

4. Third-Party Services

These services process some of the data described above:

Microsoft Clarity: session replay and heatmaps of this website
Meta (Facebook): advertising measurement through the Meta Pixel
Vercel: hosting and traffic analytics
Calendly: call scheduling, if you book a call
Vapi: places the phone demo call, if you ask for one
Supabase: database and file storage for work in progress

Each has its own privacy policy. We share only what the service needs to do its job.

5. How We Share Your Information

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information. We share it only:

With the service providers above, to run the site and the work
With advertising partners, as hashed and non-reversible identifiers used for ad measurement
When the law requires it, or to protect our rights and safety
When you tell us to

6. Data Security

Everything is encrypted in transit over HTTPS
Files and business data sit in access-controlled storage
Only the people doing your work can reach your files

7. Your Rights and Choices

See what we hold. Ask for a copy of anything we have about you.
Have it deleted. Ask and we will delete it, including any files you sent.
Opt out of analytics. Microsoft Clarity honors Microsoft’s privacy controls (opens in a new tab). You can also block cookies in your browser, use an ad blocker, or turn on Do Not Track. The site works fine with all of it blocked.
Opt out of ad measurement. Manage this through your Meta ad preferences (opens in a new tab).

8. Cookies and Tracking

We use cookies to measure advertising and to understand how the site is used. That includes the Meta Pixel, which sets cookies such as _fbc and _fbp, and Microsoft Clarity, which sets its own. You can control all of them in your browser settings.

9. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this policy. Material changes get posted here with a new “Last updated” date. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept it.
